Why should I support going green?

Nowadays, there are shops and stores that specializes in serving healthy meals and snacks for people who want a healthier alternative in their daily diet.

As mentioned above, there are also recipes available all over the world wide web. Recipes that easy to make but packed with nutrients. Here, what you need is patience and the freshest produce you can find in your local farmers market. Buy them fresh and you’ll not need to add more sugar on your cold-pressed juices. Oh and you can always use honey.

Mix and match flavors and create one that you think is best for your palate. More so, create a recipe that your body needs. If you want to rid the body of excess weight, you can always munch on fresh berries such as blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. For body aches and pains, eat salmon (omega-3 rich food), turmeric, ginger, onion and garlic. Adding what your body needs to your diet is one way of helping your body say goodbye to illnesses and pains.

Substitute fatty ingredients with something healthy. If you are used to eating processed meats and junk foods, then why don’t you try eating fresh fruits instead. Try grilled fish instead of pork or beef. Make your own salad on a slow day and munch on them all throughout the day.
