Well, given that, we truly need to read the labels and find out how many sneaky sugar names are there. Not only will this help us lose weight but more so, lessen the probability of developing type II Diabetes.
Instead of artificially sweetened treats and carbonated drinks, why not grab a fruit. Eat it on its own or concoct and create a food combination for your cravings. Blend – but do not add sugar – and be amazed on how delicious fruits can be.
Do Not Overload Your Liver
Overloading your liver can cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Yes, this is very true. Fatty liver not only result from toomuch alcohol consumption but too much sugar as well. So, bear in mind everytime you eat sweet and sugary treats, you’re not only contributing to your weight but also adding risk to your liver and other internals.
