For Asthma:
Place a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil in the palm of your hand, then rub your hands together and cup over your nose and mouth. Inhale deeply, then move your hands away to exhale. After that, cup both your nose and mouth to inhale. Repeat this a couple of times (make sure to do this outside where the air is fresh). This will help clear out air passages in no time at all!
For Colds:

For Flu:
Peppermint essential oil is known to have both antiseptic and anti-viral properties, and it can be used as a powerful expectorant. Use peppermint oil in a steam inhaler, but make sure children are not present when using this essential oil.
For Headache:
For fast relief from headache, rub a couple of drops of peppermint essential oil at the back of your neck and then on your temples. You can also place a few drops of the oil on your forehead to ease the headache.
