Bromelain – Inflammation

Bromelain is a potent enzyme found in most tropical fruits, mostly in pineapple. Aside from pineapple, supplements are also available for bromelain as well. It gets absorbed into your body whole, resulting in a system-wide effect. Once it gets absorbed into the bloodstream, studies have proven that it can lower inflammation and lower pain as well.

As mentioned, pineapple is a natural source for the said enzyme. Eating this can provide you with some bromelain, especially if you juice the hard stem and drink it on an empty stomach. Fusing it with aloe vera, ginger and turmeric will make it a potent anti-inflammatory pain relief remedy.
