There are a couple of different kinds of fungus that thrive in the human body. One type is known as candida. It’s a kind of yeast that normally lives in small amounts in places such as your mouth and belly, or on your skin without causing any problems. However, when the environment is right, the yeast can multiply and grow out of control.
The infection is referred to as candidiasis. There are a couple of different types of it. Most can be easily treated with over-the-counter or prescription medications.
The main causes are sugar so eliminate it and yeast from your diet. Probiotics with main rhamnosus bacteria are essential for this. Furthermore, include some lemon, nuts and pure organic coconut oil.
Due to the high mould content in cashew nuts, it can help with candida. Consume it daily. Using activated charcoal in the evening, or bentonite twice a day can help deal with candida, too.
